Impact and Sustainability

Impact Report 2026

People. Planet. Product.

Our annual Impact Report is how we share the progress we’ve made towards our sustainability goals. It’s unlike anything else in the cycling industry in terms of the transparency it gives on what we want to achieve, where we’re getting it right and – just as important – where we’re not yet making the grade.

The report is organised into three sections: People, Planet and Product. These are the areas of focus which we believe will allow us to do the most good.

When it comes to our people, we’re proud to say that this year we met all of the Ethical Trading Initiative's (ETI) requirements for its Corporate Transparency Framework. The ETI is a leading alliance of brands, trade unions and NGOs, bringing together the industry stakeholders we need to collaborate with to deliver our goals and strengthen social impact across our supply chain. We also benchmarked living wages across our biggest finished production suppliers with a target that all pay a living wage by 2031.

We know that as a sport and as an industry we need to do more to reduce our impact on the planet. The sport of cycling has never felt more exposed to the impacts of climate change, with major races this year and last re-routed or cancelled due to extreme weather and wildfires. In 2025, we reduced our carbon footprint by 18.5% and cut our use of fossil-fuel reliant virgin synthetic materials by 19%.

Our focus on product is driven by a need for more circularity in the supply chain. Through our repair and resale programmes, we kept 6,827 products in circulation, extending their lives and ensuring they do not end up in landfill. We rolled out ReRoute – an industry-first trade-up programme – to the USA in 2025, and have plans to extend it into Europe.

These are real, meaningful steps forward – but there is always more to be done. For a full breakdown of our work on impact in 2025, read the Rapha Impact Report 2026.
