Before you send anything
The service covers crash damage only. Anything beyond that is at our discretion. User error, and pin-holes from attaching race numbers, aren't covered.
You'll need proof of purchase from Rapha online, a Rapha Clubhouse or an approved Rapha retailer.
Please wash items before you send them. Dirty items will be sent back.
We may use different colours or parts in a repair.
Repairs usually take four to six weeks, and longer over the holidays.
Some damage is beyond a lasting fix, and kit that has had a long, well-worn life usually can't be repaired.
We may turn down some repairs (delamination, chamois damage, peeling logos) or items we can't fix, and offer a discretionary voucher instead.
You pay to send your item to us. We send it back free with our standard shipping.
Each person can have up to five repairs a year.
Start a repair
Fill in the repair form (opens in a new tab) and we'll tell you where to send your kit.
Once it arrives, we normally deal with it within four weeks and email you when it's done. Not heard from us by then? Email repairs@rapha.cc with your shipping details.
BOA dials on shoes are covered separately by BOA's lifetime guarantee (opens in a new tab).
